Organized for students by students. Designapalooza is a cross discipline design competition charrette at Kwantlen University’s Wilson School of Design. The event allows students from seven design programs to meet each other and inspire teamwork between design disciplines.

This show is a fundraiser for mental health for St.Paul’s hospital, and has a fashion show component.
A group of 19 KPU fashion design students have been working collaboratively since October 2014 to design and create a collection of clothing. They are currently working with a professional hair team among others who are aiding to bring their segment of the show together.
The group will be opening the fashion show with the theme of Alice’s Adventures in Wonderland!

BRANDING & COMMUNICATIONS RESEARCH SESSION

The team at KPU Design has embarked on an exciting process to take the Wilson School of Design brand to the next level. Over the coming months, we will work closely with a dynamic team of external branding and communication specialists who will give us a strong and purposeful brand and communications plan and strategy, to take us into the future. The Salazar Awards, presented by GDC/BC and founding sponsor Metropolitan Fine Printers, awards prizes to talented and inspiring students currently enrolled in design programs in BC. We invite students to enter up to 4 completed design project(s). Winners will be announced at the Salazar Awards evening on May 13th, 2015.
